At BI-THE-WAY, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that could endanger minors.

 

App Eligibility

BI-THE-WAY is for adults aged 18 and older only. Users must confirm their age upon registration. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be immediately removed, and associated data deleted.

Prohibited Behaviour

​

We explicitly prohibit:

• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or CSAE content

• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors

• Sharing or promoting underage sexual content, even indirectly

• Attempts to contact minors through the platform

Any such behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

Detection & Moderation

​

We use both manual moderation and automated tools to detect and remove harmful or illegal content. Our team reviews all reports and takes swift action to protect community members.

Reporting Concerns

​

Users can report any inappropriate content or suspected CSAE directly through the app’s “Report” function or by contacting:

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate legal or enforcement action is taken if necessary.
